Human Resource Leader and Centric Founder Launches Two New Business Blogs
ThinkingHR and Arizona Small Business blogs are aimed to provide a forum for News, Ideas, Opinions and Perspectives.
Scottsdale, AZ (PR WEB) June 13, 2007 – “If you’ve ever found yourself eavesdropping on a couple of business professionals talking shop only to find yourself getting keenly interested in the topic of conversation and wanting to share your opinion, then these two new business blogs may be the place to add your two cents.” That’s the way HR industry veteran and Centric Consulting Group President, Dave Lewan, describes his two new recently launched blogs, ThinkingHR and Arizona Small Business.
While speaking of the Human Resources space Lewan explains, “Over the years I have formed my own opinions on how a well thought out set of HR strategies may maximize company performance, while others have their ideas as well. Industry blogs like ThinkingHR provide the forum to have those dialogs.
Originally from Edina, Minnesota, Lewan’s company, Centric, works with organizations across North America. “There are a number of great places for business and Arizona is one of them, especially for the entrepreneur and small business owner,” Lewan adds, “with more than 400,000 small businesses in Arizona (less than 100 employees), this sector plays a vital roll in the economic development of our state. Business owners and HR professionals are looking for information that is important to them and weblogs (“blogs” for short) provide a great source of opinions and expertise. Lewan adds, “Blogs deliver much more than just a static website. Blogs are dynamic, with fresh, new information shared every day that people can implement in their business.” Lewan recognizes that some “Bloggers” are beginning to make good money sharing ideas and stories on the web, but Lewan’s focus now is to simply share information, opinions and perspectives with other HR professionals and business owners he has worked with in the past. Lewan concludes, “Most of the people I have worked with in the past are now friends and we wish mutual success. The environment these two blogs provide will allow visitors to eavesdrop on some pretty good conversations; except now they’ll have a place to share their two cents.”
